I've got this older psycho chick stalking me online and sending out messages to other girls on this website that I use for meeting girls in other cities/countries and setting up dates before I go there.
Now she's posing as one of my girl friends on a fake profile; let's call her "C," and sending out mass messages to random girls and people on the site saying that I raped her (the "C" girl). Does the girl who is lying about you live in the United States? Do at least some of the girls she is talking to live in the United States? actually, if you do what ijjji tells you, it may work out on your favor.
I believe she's also posing as me and telling them weird things. I've already reported her to the website, but apparently they can't do much about it apart from deleting her troll accounts. If you answer yes to all three questions, I'll give you legal advice. The reasoning, "guys that are not attractive, do not get clingers/stalkers".
She is also harassing "C." FYI, I met "C" in person in her country (she does not live in my country), but never slept with her. She might be changing IPs and using a proxy, and will probably come back. Should I delete my profile ASAP, or just leave it until things blow over? Does the girl who is lying about you live in the United States? Do at least some of the girls she is talking to live in the United States? I would do ijjjji suggestion in a form of a disclaimer at the beginning of your profile.
I fear she'll make a new profile with my pictures and pose as me if I do go that route. If you answer yes to all three questions, I'll give you legal advice. Sexting, my unique natural game, aggressive dance floor seductions, 15-20 minutes hook ups in clubs.
I also fear losing a lot of potential girls, and even possible legal troubles in the country that I traveled to when I decide to go back there again, though the stalker woman does not live there. If she lived here and at least one of the girls she talked to lived here as well, you'd have a pretty good libel case in civil court! Here in the US, no one can accuse you of rape except the actual person who was supposedly raped by you.The 6th Amendment of the Constitution gives you the right to face your accuser! However, certain European countries have some crazy laws, like rape shield laws, which operate under the premise that the victim herself should be "spared" the "indignity" and the "embarrassment" of the public limelight after suffering the embarrassment of being brutally raped. So countries like Britain (British guys: Correct me if I'm wrong), have "third party accusers," which accuse you on behalf of the "poor damsel" and don't even have to prove that the damsel in distress in question even exists! Nevertheless, I think that even with such fucked up European laws, the actual accuser, whether anonymous or not, the actual victim or a third party, must be living in the same country that is going to prosecute you. I pretty much did exactly what ijjji said and it ended up backfiring on her.So I think you can visit the countries of those women all you want, as long as you avoid the country that the crazy bitch is actually in! I got tons of messages from random girls sympathizing and supporting me. I will never hit on another Japanese woman again after this experience, lol.I don't think she can file charges on anyone's behalf in any country except her own, and when she does, you have to be physically present in that same country that she is in. Of course I got a couple idiot girls that blocked me as a result, but they were ugly and probably not too intelligent anyway. Gosh, I had a similar situation (though not that bad) in high-school, where a girl who was infatuated with me sent herself gifts as if I was sending them, and showing everyone.
